Shipping policy

Here at Southern Bay Farm shipping times can take 1-5 business days. We strive to ship order in a timely matter, but we are a working farm and can not always guarantee immediately shipping. If you purchase Priority mail that ONLY guarantees that your package will arrive 1-2 days after it has been shipped. That does NOT mean your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days. 

Southern Bay Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen please contact the mail carrier that your package was in transit with.

Delivery times may exceed beyond 1-5 business days during high volume times such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. To know up to date shipping times during High volume seasons please be sure to check the descriptions on your items for the shipping dates.
